How the Technology Works

Do I need technical knowledge to use Insider Pass?

No. We handle all the technical setup and developer onboarding for you. You'll get a fully integrated pass system without touching code.

How does POS integration work?

Our developers integrate your POS directly for you. This ensures your pass can be scanned at checkout for loyalty rewards, member verification, or offers.

How do push notifications get delivered?

When a user adds your pass, they automatically opt in. This allows you to send real-time updates directly to their lock screen through Apple and Google Wallet.

Can we trigger location-based notifications?

Yes. You can send automatic notifications when customers are near your stores, events, or partner locations.

Is this secure?

Absolutely. Wallet passes use native Apple and Google Wallet infrastructure, which is highly secure and trusted by millions of users.

Billing & Account Questions

How does billing work?

We charge on an annual basis, which covers developer onboarding, pass setup, and ongoing platform access.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. You can cancel anytime within the first 60 days. If you cancel, we refund the remaining amount minus $500, which covers developer onboarding costs.

What does the annual fee include?

It includes your wallet pass setup, developer onboarding, POS integration, unlimited notifications, and ongoing improvements to the platform.

Do you offer month-to-month plans?

Not currently. Because every pass requires developer onboarding and setup, we only support annual plans.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and we'll prorate the cost based on your remaining subscription period.
